Eduardo Moane
Managing Director


Eduardo has 20+ years of experience as consultant and instructor on negotiation and conflict resolution techniques, as well as on the development of management skills. He has delivered conferences and workshops in almost every Latin American country and advised varied businesses (Banking, Mining, Energy, Telecommunication, Airlines, Consumer Goods, among others).

He is founding partner and Executive Director of Cambridge International Consulting in Peru. In 1995, he founded and became President of APENAC (the Peruvian Association of Negotiation, Arbitration and Conciliation), an NGO that executed social projects financed by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and the Tinker Foundation, aimed at promoting Mechanisms for Conflict Solving. Currently he is also arbitrator of the Chamber of Commerce in Lima, and member of the Arbitration Court of the American Chamber of Commerce’s Center of Arbitration, in Peru.

Eduardo is a lawyer, graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, and holds a master’s degree in International Transactions from the Southern Methodist University. He has followed specialization studies on alternative mechanisms for conflict resolution at Harvard University Program on Negotiation, in Rome, and at various other institutions in the United States.

Galia MacKee
Senior Consultantr


Galia MacKee is Senior Consultant with over 12 years of experience as a speaker and consultant in negotiation, persuasion and conflict resolution, in Peru and other countries in the region (Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, El Salvador, Dominican Republic).

Since 2003, she is a member (and sometime President) of the Administrative Tribunal for the Settlement of Consumer Claims at OSIPTEL, Peru’s Ombudsman for Public Telecommunications.

She has 15 years of experience as General Counsel of multinational companies in the textile, pharmaceutical and consumer goods industries. For 6 years she represented the company in collective bargaining with the unions. In addition, for 10 years, she was a member of the collegiate body for the Settlement of Disputes between telecommunications companies in Peru.

Galia is a lawyer who graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. In addition, she has specialized studies in Negotiation, Persuasion and Handling Difficult Conversations with teachers of the Program on Negotiation at Harvard University.

Samuel Rodríguez Gonzáles
Senior Consultant


Samuel brings more than 10 years of experience as an international consultant in countries that include Peru, Venezuela, Colombia, El Salvador, Dominican Republic and the United States.
He is an instructor and consultant on complex negotiations, adaptive leadership and high-impact presentations.

Samuel previously worked as an International Affairs Consultant at the Law Office of Anthony Drago (Boston), as Director of Consultorías Faro (Venezuela) and as a Public Servant at the Consulate of Venezuela (Boston).

Samuel has a bachelor´s degree in Political Sciences, with a concentration in International Affairs from Suffolk University in Boston. He also holds a Master’s degree in Political Action and Civil Participation from a joint program carried by Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, Universidad Rey Juan Carlos and the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid.

Stewart Fergus
Senior Consultant

Stewart is an experienced consultant in the preparation and management of complex negotiations with unions, NGOs, customers, suppliers and strategic partners.

He has extensive experience in crisis management, strategic planning, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and start-ups, among others. He has personally managed companies with sales of $800 million.

For 30 years he was director of British and American multinational companies located in Europe (UK, Germany, Turkey, Spain, Eastern Europe), Asia (Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Hong Kong), Africa (Morocco), South America (Peru and Colombia) and North America (USA).

Stewart has a master’s degree from Cambridge University, and has also studied at the London Business School and UCLA.
