Tine is an Executive and Business Coach with expertise in the creation of customer-centric experiences. Her extensive background includes working for leading multinational companies in the fields of Retail Banking, Customer Service, Sales and Marketing, Telecommunications and Energy. She is well versed in the management of high performing, multifunctional teams located in different countries.
Prior to ConsulTree, Tine held global positions such as Clients Director for Iberia & LatAm, and International Commercial Director and Convenience Retail Manager for Italy, Portugal and Spain. She has experience managing brands such as Shell Oil, Teleperformance and Transcom, where she developed customer-centric experiences, including customer touchpoint mapping and social media.
Tine holds a dual B.A. in International Relations and Political Science from Boston University. She also has a master’s degree in Commercial Management and Marketing from Instituto de Empresa in Madrid and a certification on Customer-Focused Organizations, Leadership, Strategy, and Implementation from The Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, Chicago. In addition, she has been certified as a Coach by the International Coaching University in Madrid.
