Photo LuisaThe Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School Affiliate, is dedicated to enhancing the integrity and credibility of the field of coaching by advancing coaching research, education, and practice, and providing guidance to coaches and individuals in a wide range of professions.

This month the Institute featured Luisa Guzman, Founder and CEO of ConsulTree. She is a  founding member of the Institute with 20 plus years of experience in leadership roles. Luisa also has in-depth background in human resources, change management, international relations, talent management and leadership and organizational development.

As define by the organization, “coaching is a change process that mobilizes strengths and realizes the potential of individuals and organizations. The practice of coaching embodies a unique skill set designed to optimize the performance of a person or organization in diverse arenas including leadership, healthcare, and public service.”

Founding fellows and members understand that through generous donations they support the work of the Institute of Coaching in building a scientific foundation and science-based best practices of coaching. ConsulTree supports these ideals and goals as well.
